Nastia Liukin, Olympian

Spend a couple of minutes listening to how Nastia Liukin, five-time Olympic medalist, shines on young gymnasts and athletes through her new app Grander, a global community for the next generation of female athletes. In her life after the Olympics, Nastia is dedicated to lifting up young girls in a world that at times can be well... hard. With Grander, she is on a mission to empower and support young girls by connecting them with some of the greatest in their sport.

Nastia shares one of her most difficult experiences that ultimately became the defining moment of her career - the moment she fell on her uneven bar routine in the 2012 Olympic Trials.  Despite wanting to crawl under the mat and “just hide,” she finished her routine and, for the first time in her life, received a standing ovation. "20,000 people shining on her for the worst routine of her entire life and career."
